Management Skill Development Coaching
Continuum Management Skill Development Coaching services provide organizations with a personalized approach to help supervisors, managers, and other leaders maximize their leadership, management, interpersonal, and team skills. The coaching process is suited to people new to a leadership role or supervisors in need of development in a specific area of leadership.
Team/Workgroup Development
Continuum uses the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® to assist teams or departments in increasing their effectiveness in the areas of communication, problem solving and change management. Individuals increase awareness of their own personality preferences and styles through the MBTI and interactive group learning experiences assist the overall team in improving group dynamics. Myers Briggs Type Indicator
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) is the most widely used instrument for understanding normal personality differences. It can be effectively used for a variety of purposes including self-understanding and development, organizational development, problem solving and team building. Continuum has Myers Briggs qualified professionals on staff. We frequently use the MBTI in individual coaching cases and in team development. Organizational Climate Surveys

Exit Interviewing
Having a valuable employee leave is always a challenge--understanding why is key to preventing unnecessary exits in the future. Continuum EAP workplace consultants can conduct interviews with departing employees to assist employers in creating effective retention strategies. Having a neutral person involved in obtaining the information increases the likelihood that the employee will give more honest feedback.
Workplace Conflict Resolution
Continuum offers a variety of Conflict Resolution processes to assist individuals and work groups to focus on creating more effective professional working relationships. Trauma Response/CISD Services
With the increased threat and incidence of traumatic events, it is crucial that organizations develop a plan for crisis intervention and support.
