Continuum’s video counseling provides online access with an EAP counselor. Our online video technology connects with your computer system so that you get the personal connection that comes from talking face-to-face with a counselor while in the comfort of your own home or office.

Online counseling is not appropriate for every situation. A Continuum EAP counselor will work with you to determine if online services would work for you. Online support services are not intended to be a crisis resource; they are also not appropriate if you are experiencing a serious mental illness, or are under the age of 18. A specific appointment time will be established with the EAP counselor. Video counseling sessions are typically 30-50 minutes in length.
Security and Confidentiality
Continuum uses technical, physical and administrative safeguards to establish and maintain the confidentiality and security of information exchanged through online video conferencing services. Data is protected at the highest allowable level and is fully HIPAA compliant.
