Consulting and Training Coordinator
Continuum EAP continues to grow and we are excited add new full time position to our team. We are looking for a high-energy professional who enjoys a variety of tasks to work as Consulting and Training Coordinator. In this position, you will:
•    Coordinate accounts with EAP member companies and build strong working relationships with member organizations.
•    Work with managers and human resource professionals to address employee concerns.
•    Develop and deliver training programs related to topics such as communication, conflict resolution or leadership development.
•    Provide consultations to organizations related to change management and employee engagement.
•    Coordinate conflict resolution and mediation services.
•    Provide crisis management consultation and response.
•    Develop and deliver innovative organization development solutions.
What you need for this position:
The ability to identify, understand, react to and provide creative solutions to challenges; Able to juggle many different types of tasks at one time; Strong facilitation skills and the ability to build relationships and interface with company leaders; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Self-starter capable of bringing clarity to and taking action in ambiguous situations.
Preference to those with experience in human resources and/or providing training related to workplace issues.
Salary range is $50,000-$65,000 annually dependent on experience.
