Rachael Cooney, Scheduling Coordinator
When you call or visit Continuum EAP, most often it will be Rachael providing you with a warm reception. As Continuum EAP’s Scheduling Coordinator, she oversees client intake and scheduling at our Lincoln and Beatrice locations and coordinates services with affiliate providers. She also assists with our social media efforts. Rachael attended Nebraska Wesleyan University and has over 10 years of customer service experience.
