Return to Work/Case Coordination

When an employee is returning to work after an extended leave, regardless of the nature of that leave, the transition warrants careful planning and support from the workplace.

Our seasoned workplace consultants can help managers consider the factors that necessitated the leave and help create a plan so that the employee can successfully transition back into the workplace. Situations we can help with include employees returning from substance abuse treatment or a behavioral health concern, or employees who have been off of work due to a personal traumatic event, and employees returning from a medical injury or prolonged illness.
