EAP Training and Account Manager

We are seeking an EAP Training & Account Manager to join our Employee Assistance Program team. This role serves as the primary liaison between client organizations and the EAP, ensuring exceptional service delivery and promoting employee well-being. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, delivering engaging trainings and workshops, providing leadership development coaching and driving program awareness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, business, human resources, organizational development, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, training, HR consulting, or EAP coordination.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable speaking to groups of varying sizes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a client-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual presentation tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint).

Certification in trainingcoaching, or human resources (such as CPTD, SHRM-CP, or ICF Coaching Certification) is preferred.
