Employee Assistance Professional / Counselor (Full-Time)
Continuum is excited to add a full-time Employee Assistance Professional/Counselor to our team. We are seeking a high-energy, adaptable professional who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is passionate about supporting employee well-being.
Position Overview
This role provides confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to employees and their family members. The position offers a dynamic mix of counseling, consultation, and collaboration with organizational leaders.
This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential EAP counseling services, including:
- Initial assessments
- Short-term counseling and problem-solving
- Crisis intervention
- Referrals and follow-up care
- Deliver assessment, counseling, and coaching to help employees make behavioral changes and improve overall well-being
- Collaborate with managers and human resource professionals to address employee concerns
- Provide crisis management consultation and response
- Work collaboratively with a team of EAP professionals
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Licensure or provisional licensure as an LMHP or LCSW in the State of Nebraska
Schedule:
- 36–40 hours per week
- Monday–Thursday or Monday–Friday schedule options
