Employee Assistance Professional / Counselor (Full-Time)

Continuum is excited to add a full-time Employee Assistance Professional/Counselor to our team. We are seeking a high-energy, adaptable professional who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is passionate about supporting employee well-being.

Position Overview
This role provides confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to employees and their family members. The position offers a dynamic mix of counseling, consultation, and collaboration with organizational leaders.

This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential EAP counseling services, including:

    • Initial assessments

    • Short-term counseling and problem-solving

    • Crisis intervention

    • Referrals and follow-up care

  • Deliver assessment, counseling, and coaching to help employees make behavioral changes and improve overall well-being

  • Collaborate with managers and human resource professionals to address employee concerns

  • Provide crisis management consultation and response

  • Work collaboratively with a team of EAP professionals

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field

  • Licensure or provisional licensure as an LMHP or LCSW in the State of Nebraska

Schedule:

  • 36–40 hours per week

  • Monday–Thursday or Monday–Friday schedule options
